Preform definition
Since PET does not have the required strength in the molten state, PET materials are converted into hollow tubular parts, which are actually regarded to be preformed bottles. Gained from the injection process, these parts are formed in blowing machine and are employed in the production of various types of bottles based upon the bottle mould and preform weight.
The Summary of Production Process
PET raw materials inside the silo, are sucked into the gas trap by suction pipes and are gas-trapped for about 6 hours at the temperature between 140 and 170 and then transferred into the injection machine.
These materials are melted during the injection process and then injected into the mould. The parts inside the mould are cooled by the chiller and the transparent part is removed from the mould. These parts are carried by a conveyor and placed into particular bags and ultimately are packed.
